    Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery as everything is made fresh to order.

    • The prices shown on our website exclude home delivery within mainland Britain. Please see below for delivery charges.
    • Overseas delivery is currently unavailable.
    •  Price/Postage rate featured in the order form are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without notice and apply to UK.
    • We reserve the right to alter a dispatch date due to circumstances out with our control.
    •  We reserve the right to replace any individual product, which may be temporary unavailable with another item of similar value.
    • Parcels are normally delivered between 9am and 6pm. Where possible please give instructions on where to leave parcel should the recipients not be in (i.e. with a neighbour) Alternatively if not possible please consider delivering to your work/recipients place of work.
    • Should our couriers unsuccessfully deliver, they will attempt a second delivery the next day. If this is unsuccessful due to no one being home, or no leave safe place instructions provided, your delivery will be destroyed due to its perishable nature. We cannot be held responsible in this situation.
    • Please ensure correct address and postal code are included on all orders to guarantee delivery. Incorrectly addressed orders will be returned to Cluny Fish incurring additional postage charges to the customer.
