Roasted Smoked Salmon
These delicious roasted smoked salmon fillets are also selected for their freshness and oil content. They are then lightly cured in salt before being roasted and smoked over oak fires until cooked. When fully cooked the fillets are removed from the kiln and allowed to cool before being vacuum sealed, trapping all the natural juices and goodness which makes this product such a favourite with many of our customers.
This product can also be known as hot smoked salmon.
Ready to eat hot or cold.
Gravadlax Scottish Smoked Salmon
Delicious Scottish Salmon cured with salt, sugar, cracked pepper, mustard seeds and dill! Lovely with a seafood sauce as a side plate or a dip to ones preference.

Whisky Cured Scottish Smoked Salmon
Our tasty smoked salmon cured with malt whisky!
This is our company flagship, harvested from selected clear waters around Scotland and its Isles. The salmon are chosen for quality and oil content.
Being done in a cure that has been passed down for three generations and is still beheld as a family secret today.
This is a lovely cure, to many the taste of Speyside Malt Whisky gently being absorbed into the smoked salmon that also has been smoked over oak cask wood shavings from the distillery cooperage. Great in its own calibre.
Rum Cured Scottish Smoked Salmon
Our delicious rum smoked salmon is cured with navy rum, sugar and salt and obviously smoked over oak cask shavings. This whole curing process takes four days and the finished product is unrivalled. It has been described by many an influential party as the best that has been tasted.
Scottish Smoked Salmon
From the clear waters around Scotland and it's little isles, carefully chosen salmon with a natural good oil content are carefully harvested before being delivered to our smokehouse for filleting, curing and finally smoked in our traditional way, the salmon are then sliced to customer specification before being vacuum sealed, trapping all the natural goodness along with the smoke from our 100 year old kilns in our state of the art hygienic environment and also being labelled for full traceability and thus capturing the taste of Scotland.

Our Heritage… We at Cluny Fish first prepared Scottish Smoked Salmon over 50 years ago, in our traditional red brick smokehouse in the busy fishing town of Buckie. Today we carry on the same traditional process, supplying customers all over the world.
